AGENDA ITEM <br />Date: March 10, 2025 <br />Item: 14 <br />Title: LA24-000056, 4375 Bayside Road, Final Plat "BOBWHITE MEADOWS" <br />Resolution 7558 <br />Presenter: Melanie Curtis, Planner <br />Section: Consent Agenda <br />Purpose: <br />The purpose of this item is to approve the final plat of BOBWHITE MEADOWS. <br />2. MN§15.99 Application Deadline: <br />The final plat application was submitted on October 14, 2024, and was considered to be <br />substantially complete on January 21, 2025. The 120-day review timing will expire on May 21, <br />2025. <br />3. Background: <br />The Council granted preliminary approval for BOBWHITE MEADOWS on July 8, 2024. The <br />Developer has prepared all of the necessary documents and completed the final plat requirements. <br />At this time the Developer is requesting Final Plat approval to finalize the plat of BOBWHITE <br />MEADOWS a three -lot subdivision which includes one new buildable lot. <br />4. Planning Commission Vote and Comment: <br />The Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat on June 17, 2024 (PC meeting video); <br />Council approval of the Preliminary Plat was granted on July 8, 2024 (Council meeting video). <br />Preliminary Plat approval is valid for up to one year from the Council approval date. <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />The applicant has completed all of the final plat requirements outlined in Resolution No. 7488 <br />(attached as Exhibit C). Staff recommends approval. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />The Council should consider a motion to approve the final plat of BOBWHITE MEADOWS. <br />Exhibits <br />A.
