TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY OF ORONO, a <br />Minnesota municipal corporation ("City") and CARMAN BAY LAKE IMPROVEMENT <br />DISTRICT, a political subdivision of the State of Minnesota ("District"). The City and the <br />District may be referred to herein individually as a "Party" and together as the "Parties". <br />WHEREAS, the City and the District entered into an Agreement dated December 11, <br />2017 (hereinafter "Original Agreement"); and <br />WHEREAS, under the Original Agreement, the City added the District as a covered <br />party to all insurance policies held by the City with the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance <br />Trust; and <br />WHEREAS, the Parties desire to terminate the Original Agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein, <br />the City and the District do hereby agree as follows: <br />1. RECITALS. The above recitals are incorporated into this Agreement as if fully <br />set forth herein. <br />2. TERMINATION OF ORIGINAL AGREEMENT.
