AGENDA ITEM <br />Date: March 10, 2025 <br />Title: Annual Performance Review of the City Administrator <br />Presenter: Adam Edwards, City Administrator / Engineer <br />Section: Consent Agenda <br />Item: 10 <br />Purpose: <br />The purpose of this item is to summarize the closed session held on February 24 to review City <br />Administrator Adam Edwards' performance in 2024. <br />2. Background: <br />Pursuant to the State's Open Meeting Law, Minn. Stat. Section 13D.05, Subd. 3(a), the City <br />Council conducted a closed meeting for approximately 20 minutes as part of its February 24, 2025 <br />regular council meeting to evaluate the performance of City Administrator/ City Engineer Adam <br />Edwards. <br />3. Summary: <br />The Mayor, all Council Members, as well as Administrator Adam Edwards and City Attorney <br />Soren Mattick attended the closed session. At the meeting, the Mayor out lined a process for <br />completing the annual review administrator's performance in 2024. The council agreed with the <br />proposed process and directed the administrator to reschedule the review for the first council <br />meeting in April. <br />4.
