Approximately 10'-6" x 8'-0". <br />• Abandon (1) electrical outlet on adjacent wall, add (2) outlets to new wall(one on <br />each side). <br />• Repair ceiling grid accordingly on each side of new wall. <br />• Prime/paint new wall only.
