OS-3122 • WHEREAS,.Dan-Bar Homes,Ltd., a Minnesota domestic coiporatioii(hereinafter "the owner") is the owner of the property located at 1001 Wildhurst Trail within the City of Orono (hereinafter the "City") and legally described as follows: The East Y2 of Lots 1 to 8 inclusive,Block 4,Mount Home Park,Hennepin County, Minnesota; and .
