� <br /> -1 O <br /> � � <br /> • O O <br /> �� CITY of ORONO <br /> s <br /> � � � <br /> �* ti <br /> ti <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �L`9kESII04�G NO. e5 a`� v� � <br /> A RESOLUTION � <br /> APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br /> STONEBAY SIXTH ADDITION <br /> -FILE#02-2840 <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Orono(hereinafter"City Council")has <br /> adopted subdivision and land development regulations for the orderly, economic and safe <br /> development of land within the City; and <br /> • WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application by Stonebay <br /> Commercial LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (hereinafter "Owner") and OT <br /> Development LLC,a Minnesota limited liability company(hereinaf�er"Developer")for final platting <br /> into Lots, Blocks and Outlots and development by the Planned Unit Development process of <br /> property legally described as follows: <br /> Outlot H, STONEBAY,I�ennepin County, Minnesota <br /> (hereinafter"the Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, on January 27, 2003 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 4915 <br /> granting General Development Plan Approval and Preliminary Plat Approval for the development <br /> known as Planned Unit Development No.4(PUD No.4),which approval resulted in the following: <br /> 1. Creation of Outlot H, STONEBAY for future phased development for residential <br /> uses; <br /> 2. Rezoning of Outlot H,STONEBAY to RPUD Residential Planned Unit Development <br /> District per Oxdinance No. 225, 2nd Series adopted May 12, 2003; and <br /> 3. Establishment of conditions for development withiii PUD No. 4; and <br /> • <br /> Page 1 of 4 �� <br />
