� ! <br /> ` ' I O� <br /> • O O <br /> �� CITY of ORONO <br /> 1 <br /> � � <br /> ,. <br /> � �'� G�'� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL I <br /> �`qk'ES�I04� NO. e� � 3 � <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br /> STONEBAY FIFTH ADDITION <br /> -FILE #02-2840 <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized aiid existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Orono(hereinafter"City Council")has <br /> adopted subdivision and land development regulations for the orderly, economic and safe <br /> development of land within the City; and <br /> • WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application by John Terrance <br /> Homes LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (hereinafter "Owner") and OT Development <br /> LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company(hereinafter"Developer") for final platting into Lots, <br /> Blocks and Outlots and development by the Planned Unit Development process of properry legally <br /> described as follows: <br /> � Outlot C, STONEBAY THIR.D ADDITION,Hennepin Counry, Minnesota <br /> (hereinafter"the Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, on January 27, 2003 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 4915 <br /> granting General Development Plan Approval and Preliminary Plat Approval for the development <br /> known as Planned Unit Development No.4(PUD No.4),which approval resulted in the follovring: <br /> 1. Creation of Outlot G, STONEBAY for future phased development for residential <br /> uses; <br /> 2. Rezoning of Outlot G,STONEBAY to RPUD Residential Planned Unit Devel"opment <br /> District per Ordinance No. 225, 2nd Series adopted May 1`2, 2003; and <br /> 3. Establishment of conditions for development within PUD No. 4; and <br /> • <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br />
