a� o.�,. <br /> � <br /> • � �: � . <br /> S CITY of ORONO � <br /> � � <br /> � �r �ti . . <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��`9k'ES�I�g'�G NO. � a� a� `�` <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> ' APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br /> STONEBAY FOURTH ADDITION <br /> � -FILE #02-2840 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> , under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and� <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Orono(hereinafter"City Council")has <br /> adopted subdivision and land development regulations for the 'orderly, economic and safe <br /> development of land within the City; and <br /> • WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application by John Terrance <br /> Homes LLC, a Minnesota lixnited liability company (hereinafter"Owner") and OT Development <br /> LLC, a Minnesota lunited liability company (hereinafter"Developer") for final platting into Lots, <br /> Blocks and Outlots and development by the Planned Unit Development process of properry legally <br /> described as follows: � <br /> Outlot A, STONEBAY SECOND ADDITION, Hennepin County,Minnesota, and <br /> Outlot B, STONEBAY THIR:b ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota <br /> (hereinafter"the Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, on January 27, 2003 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 4915 <br /> granting General Development Plan Approval and Preliminary Plat Approval for the development <br /> laiown as Planned Unit Development No.4(PUD No.4),which approval resulted iii the following: <br /> 1. Creation of Outlots F and G, STONEBAY for future phased development for <br /> residential uses; <br /> 2. Rezoning of Outlots F and G, STONEBAY to RPUD Residential Planned Unit <br /> Development District per Ordina.nce No.225,2nd Series adopted May 12,2003;and <br /> 3.
