- � °� . <br /> � o �. � . <br /> � CITY of URONO <br /> � - ; � . <br /> ti <br /> ti <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��`9kEsH.�g'�G NO. � � � � <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that based on the findings of Resolution <br /> No. 4915, the City Council of the City of Orono does hereby approve the plat of STONEBAY <br /> THIRD ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota subject to the following conditions: <br /> l. Developinent of the Lots, Blocks and Outlots shall be in conformance with the <br /> . provisions of City Council Resolution No. 4915 and the PUD No. 4 Agreenlent. <br /> 2. The City Clerk shall release the plat documents for filing only upon certification by <br /> the City Attorney that a11 requiremeizts of the platting regulatioiis have been satisfied, <br /> and that transfer from Owner to Developer of development obligations established <br /> in the PUD No. 4 Agreement has been satisfactorily completed. <br /> 3. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with the Hennepin County <br /> � Registrar of Titles Office on or before Deceinber 27,2005 together with a certified <br /> original copy of this resolution and executed copies of the agreements, easements, <br /> and covenants pertinent thereto. <br /> The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the conditions of this <br /> Resolution have not been met or the plat has not been filed by the date specified above. In that <br /> eveiit, it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono for subdivision review. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of Orono this 27th day of June, 2005. <br /> ATTEST: ' <br /> nn ' r <br /> �!C/ <br /> Linda S.
