OS-3107 � <br /> WHEREAS, Scott R. Bissen and Michelle R. Morey, husband and wife <br /> (hereinafter "the applicants") are the owners of the property located at 825 Tonkawa <br /> Road within the City of Orono (hereinafter the "City") and legally desci-ibed as follows: <br /> iPart of Lots 1 and 2, Auditors Subdivision No. 217, Hennepin County, <br /> Minnesota(hereinafter the"property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicants have made application to the City of Orono <br /> for a variance to Orono Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-1288 to allow a hardcover <br /> variance for 4.5%within the 0-75' setback zone where 0% is normally allowed. <br /> WHEREAS, the applicants have made application to the City of Orono <br /> . for a conditional use permit pursuant to Orono Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-1250 <br /> to allow grading within the 0-75' setback zone for stair installation. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br /> Orono,Minnesota: . <br /> FINI)INGS <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File#OS-3107. . <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR-1B, Single Family Lakeshore <br /> ' Residential zoning district, which requires a minimum of 43,560 s.f. or 1.0 <br /> acre in area and 140' in width. The applicants' property is 56,553 s.f. (1.3 <br /> acres) in lot area and 106' in width at the shoreline and 140' in width at <br /> • the 75' setback line. <br /> Page 1 of 5 <br />
