Moran and Carol <br />SUBJECT: Appreciation of Officer <br />Marilyn De9ner of 142 South Brown Road called this morning <br />to express her appreciation for the response of Officer Bruce <br />Anderson to a medical at their residence on 11-5-90 when her <br />husband^ Herbert, had suffered a stroke. <br />Mrs. Degner stated Officer Anderson was very efficient and spent <br />a great deal of time explaining thinas to her and was very com­ <br />passionate of the situation. She stated he "went above and <br />beyond the call of duty".
