I <br />RESOLUTION #39.9 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING WATER IMPROVEMENTS IN THE <br />FAGERNESS POINT AREA OF ORONO AND DIRECTING <br />PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFLCATIONS FOR <br />1970LW-lA <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br />1. It is hereby found and determined that notice of hearing on <br />a municipal water improvement in the Fagerness Point area of the Village <br />was duly mailed on June 17, 1971, and published in the Mound-Westonka <br />Minnetonka Sun,,the official newspaper of the Village on June 17, 1971 <br />and June 24, 1971, as required by Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and <br />as ordered by this Council on June 14, 1971. <br />2.' A public hearingihaving been held on said improvement on <br />June 28, 1971, and opportunity having been given at such hearing to <br />all persons to make known their views on said improvement, and this <br />Council being fully advised of the pertinent facts, does hereby order <br />the construction of said improvement. <br />3. The Village Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to <br />prepare final plans and specifications for said improvement and to submit <br />them to this Council. <br />Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota, at a <br />regular meeting held June 28, 1971. <br />Louis .-0 er auser, Mayor <br />A <br />ttest: <br />Ra H. Martin, Clerk -Administrator <br />RESOLUTION #400 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING WATER IMPROVEMENTS IN THE <br />SHOREHILLS AREA TO THE NARROWS BRIDGE OF ORONO AND DIRECTING <br />PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />1970LW-1C <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br />1. It is hereby found and.determined that notice of hearing <br />on a municipal water improvement in the Shorehills area to the Narrows <br />Bridge of the Village was duly mailed on June 17, 1971, and published <br />in the Mound-Westonka Minnetonka Sun, the official newspaper of the Village, <br />on June 17, 1971, as required by Minnesota Statutes; Chapter 429, and as <br />ordered by this Council on June 14, 1971 <br />2. A public hearing having been held on said improvement on <br />June 15, 1971, and opportunity having been given at such hearing to all <br />persons to make known their views on said improvement, and this Council <br />beingfully advised of the pertinent facts, does hereby order the <br />consruction of said improvement. <br />L <br />
