HAMM, JR., as Trustee of the Amendment and Restatement of Trust <br />of Edward H. Hamm dated October 10, 1995 ("Grantor"), is the owner of the real property <br />which is located in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, legally described as set forth on <br />Exhibitdepicted on Exhibit B (the "Grantor Property").
