undergrowth, and other obstructions interfering with the location, construction, and maintenance <br />of said public road. <br />To the extent that alive -foot wire fence (the "North Fence") along the easterly boundary <br />of the Grantor Property north of Fox Street may encroach on the Easement Area, as additional <br />consideration the Easement, the City consents to the continued encroachment so long as Grantor <br />maintains the North Fence.
