Main, 1 -Clerk -Administrator <br />.RESOLUTION #390 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING SEWER IMPROVEMENT AND <br />DIRECTING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />1971LS-1, DUNWOODY SEWER PROJECT <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Villa.ge.of. Orono, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br />1) Itis hereby found and determined that notice of hearing <br />on a sanitary sewer improvement.in the Village designated as 1971LS-1 <br />was duly mailed on March 10, 1971 and April 1, 1971 and published <br />in the Mound-Westonka Minnetonka Sun, the official newspaper of the <br />Village on March 11, 1971 and April 1, 1971, as required by Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, and as ordered by motion of this Council on <br />March 8, 1971 and March 29, 1971. <br />2) Public hearing having been held on said improvement on <br />March 22, 1971 and April 12, 1971, and opportunity having been given at <br />such hearing to all persons to make known their views on said improvement, <br />and this Council being fully advised of the pertinent facts, does <br />hereby order the construction of said improvement. <br />3) William T. Mills, of Orono, Minnesota, the consulting <br />engineer for the Village, is hereby authorized and directed to prepare <br />final plans and specifications for said improvement and to submit them <br />to this Council. <br />Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota, <br />at a.regular meeting held April 26, 1971. <br />Louis B.
