The property has a new owner. Mr. Kreb is the <br />authorized representative of that new owner. As in the <br />original plan, all three lots will achieve permanent access <br />from the extension of Wear Lane North. A 25' driveway <br />outlot is provided along the north lot line of Lot 1, Block <br />2. The driveway at the north border of lot would provide <br />the least impact on existing plantings. Staff has also been <br />advised by the new owner that the applicant, Mr. Kreb, will <br />reside in the existing residence until that lot is sold for <br />new residential construction.
