We agree with you that our previous result is in error. It appears that <br />the line intended to designate the limit of the 250 foot zone was incorrectly <br />measured from the existing lake shore rather than the ordinaiy high water line. <br />The enclosed, revised, survey correctly shows the limit of the 250 foot zone. The <br />correct area of the driveway in the 75 foot to 250 foot zone is 2,350 square feet <br />rather than 1,404 square feet as previously reported.
