Prior to teat punping the bcttca of the well was approximately <br />376 feet and after test pumping the well filled to 366 f«et. Because the fine <br />sand is only 3-6 below the bore hole, it is probably being picked up when the <br />veil is pusped. <br />In our opinion the well is not usable as a reliable supply in its present <br />condition. Ve recocmend that further development and bailing be undertaken to <br />enlarge and stabilize the sandstone cavity. It is not unusual that wells in <br />loosely cemented, fine sandstone require additional development during <br />construction or at a future date. Veil No. 3 is in this type of material. <br />Approximately $71,500 has been spent on the project of which $37,000 was for <br />development. It is estimated that additional development costs could run as <br />high as $30,500.
