However, Nonhem States <br />Power'has decided to run the service to the building overhead, rnther than underground <br />from Highway 11 This reduces the power company ’s frost charge to S450.00. With the <br />lesser charge, it is advantageous to install the service as heating of building will allow <br />completion of all interior work by spring of 1991.
