The structure will not be visible from Shoreline <br />Drive or from the adjacent Burwell residence due to <br />existing evergreen trees. <br />2. I will agree to combine Lot 2, Block 1, Millston <br />with my home located on Lots 1 and 2, Section <br />10-117-23. <br />3. I will agree to file the "Covenant for Oversized <br />Accessory Structure" within the chain of title. I <br />understand that this covenant will apply to all non- <br />residential oversized structures on the property, <br />which includes the greenhouse and two detached <br />garages. <br />It is my understanding that, as <br />approval for future subdivision <br />I will remove the greenhouse. <br />a condition of <br />of this property.
