Mabusth replied that they would <br />be protected with drainage easements. Kelley placed the <br />applicant on notice that he should submit information pertaining <br />to the location of the draintile before coming back before the <br />Planning Commission. TO 8:09 P.M. <br />The Affidavit of Publication and Certificate of Mailing were <br />duly noted. <br />Mr. Copley was prei for this matter. <br />Building and Zoning Administrator Mabusth explained that <br />staff's hardcover calculations had been incorrect due because a <br />portion of the 0-75' setback area was not included. Staff has <br />calculated that there will a 1.2% increase in hardcover in the <br />75-250* setback area. Mabusth said there will be a 1* to 1.5* <br />encroai jient of the average lakeshore setback line. <br />Planning Commissioner Hanson asked Mr. Copley whether he <br />would be willing to remove existing hardcover in order to keep <br />the percent of hardcover the same? <br />Mr. Copley said that he would prefer not to remove any of <br />the existing hardcover.
