The new deck is approximately 28'xl8' plus a <br />stairway. <br />3.The new deck constitutes additional structural hardcover and <br />the property is already in extreme excess o^ the allowed <br />percentages. The new deck is also located approximately <br />8.5' from the south side lot line according tr the survey, <br />where a 10' side setback would normally be required. <br />Additionally, the new deck constitutes an even greater <br />average lakeshore setback encroachment than the old deck.
