This approval is based on <br />the following hardships and findings: <br />1. There will be no <br />improvement. <br />loss of trees as a result of this <br />2. There will be a 1% overall reduction of hardcover within <br />the property. <br />3. The turnaround as originally proposed, was placed within <br />the front yard and has proven to be aestheti.ally <br />unacceptable and poor site planning. <br />4. Although the prcp«»rty is one of the larger lots within <br />the subdivision i .i excess of 1 acre in area, the building <br />pad area has been limited to 13,760 s.f. <br />5. The unusual shape of the building pad defined by the <br />required setbacks and the sloping topography has required <br />that the house be placed at its present location. <br />Ayes nays
