Before the end <br />of month 42 Mowing accreditation, an agency' will <br />be required file a plan for achieving reaccredita- <br />tion and then keep the Commission advised ot <br />progress at months 45. 48. and 51. The on-site <br />assessment will be conducted thereafter, followed <br />by preseiiU.i«'n of the agency before month 60. <br />This help; msuie continuous accrediution. <br />Q How much is the fee? <br />The reaccreditation fee structure has been <br />established by the Commission based on the <br />accreditation fee with a series of discounts.
