An accredited agency applies for reaccreditation by executing an “Application nr Peaccreditation'- see below for more details Q VVTiat are the steps in the reaccreditation process? In addition to filing annual reports, agencies will be expected to execute an 'Application tor Reaccreditation ” as an amendment to the carrently- in-force .•\ccreditation Agreement.
