Adoption of summary ordinance for publication. <br />INTRODUCTION - Annually the Council adopts the fee ordinance for <br />the coming year. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1. Adopt the Ordinance amendment and the summary. <br />2. Amend and adopt. <br />3. Table for further discussion. <br />4. Leave the 1990 rates in force for 1991 by amending the current <br />ordinance extending them to 1991. <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that teh Council accept <br />Attachment A as the fees for 1991 and Attachment B as the Summary <br />Ordinance for Pulbication and after any questions table to the <br />Decmeber 10, 1990 Council meeting. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by _, seconded by _, that the Orono <br />City Council table further consideration until the December 10, <br />1990 Council meeting.
