F, <br />RESOLUTION #366 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1971 TAX LEVY, COLLECTIBLE IN 1971 <br />BE 'IT'RESOLVED'by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, County <br />of Hennepin, Minnesota, that'the'following sums of money be levied for the <br />current year, collectible in 1971 upon taxable property in the Village of <br />Orono, for the following purpose: <br />For All Funds including P..E.R.A. $329,453.00 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Sewer Debt Redemption Fund levy of <br />$23•,•300.00 for 1970 adopted September 4, 1963 by Resoltuion #23 is <br />unnecessary and is ordered cancelled. <br />The Village Clerk is hereby instructed to transmit a certified copy of <br />this resoltuion to the County Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota. <br />Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota at a <br />regular meeting held September 28, 1970. <br />Louis B. 0 er auser, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />a p actin, Clerk -Administrator <br />RESOLUTION #367 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF SPLIT LIQUOR TO THE VOTERS <br />WHEREAS, municipalities are now authorized by law to issue <br />"on -sale" licenses to hotels and restaurants while continuing a Municipal <br />dispensary for the "off -sale" of intoxicating liquor. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ORONO, MINNESOTA: <br />1. It is desirable and in the public interest to issue private <br />licenses for the sale of liquor for consumption on the licensed premises <br />while continuing the operation of the municipal dispensary to sell <br />intoxicating liquor in original packages off the premises ("off -sale"). <br />2. Pursuant to Ch. 1127, Laws 1969, a special election shall <br />be held at the time of the"general election.at-Oroiio,,Iinnesota, on the <br />third day of November, 1970; from 7:00 A.M, to 8:00 P.M., at which time <br />and place the following proposition shall be submitted to the voters. <br />"Shall the Village of Orono be authorized to issue private <br />"on -sale" liquor licenses to hotels having not less than <br />ten guest rooms and dining room seating not less than <br />
