(Resolution #362, continued) WHEREAS, the current expenses incurred and to be incurred in constructing and maintaining the Improvement up to December 31, 1971, have been calculated under the direction of the Village Council, and said expenses have been reasonably estimated to be $1,072 and the annual maintenance charges in subsequent years are estimated to be $693. NOW, THEREFORE " BE.IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ORONO, MINNESOTA: 1. That the current expenses incurred and to be incurred in connection with the Improvement -are estimated to -be $1,072 and the annual maintenance charges in subsequent years are estimated to 'be $693. 2.. That all of said current expenses shall be specially assessed that that none of said current expense.s shall be paid by the Village (other .than any amount it would pay as a property owner) , and further all annual maintenance charges for subsequent years shall in the future be similarly assessed. 3., That the asses-sment clerk with the assistance or under the direction of the Village Clerk -Administrator shall calculate the proper amount to be specifically assessed for the Improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land, without regard to cash valuation, and in accord with M.S.A. 429.051 and shall prepare a proposed assessment roll which shall be filed with the Village Clerk -Administrator and open to public inspection. 4. The Clerk -Administrator is authorized and directed to publish notice on September 17, 1970, or at any time after the assessment roll has been filed in the office of the Village Clerk- Administrator,.of a public hearing on the special assessment, said notice to be in substantially the following form: VILLAGE OF ORONO NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT Street Lighting 1970SL-1 PUBLIC HEARING 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Council of Orono, Minnesota, will meet in the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, September 28, 1970, at 7:30 P.M. for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on the assessments proposed to be made against property benefited by 1970SL-1, an improvement consisting of installation and maintenance of street lighting. The area to be assessed for 1971 and continuing each year thereafter, in or adjacent to the areas hereinafter described as the areas proposed to be assessed. The .area proposed to be.;,assessed for 1970SL-1 is all situated in Hennepin County and described as follows:
