RESOLUTION #359 <br />A RESOLUTION DECALRING COST TO BE ASSESSED ORDERING.PREPARATION OF <br />PROPOSED ASSESSMENT AND ORDERING HEARING THEREON <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for an improvement <br />consisting of the construction of sanitary sewer laterals adjacent <br />to the area hereinafter described which sanitary sewer laterals will <br />designated herein as 1969LS-1 and for improvements consisting of <br />the construction of sanitary sewer laterals and water laterals <br />adjacent to the area hereinafter described which sanitary sewer <br />laterals and water laterals will be designated herein as 1969LS-2, <br />and the contracts' prices, expenses and fees incurred or.to be <br />incurred in the making of said improvements from inception to <br />completion amount to $1.80,283.00 for 1969LS-1-, $130,751.11 for <br />1969LS-2 and $64,096.00 for 1969LW-2. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF ORONO, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The cost of such improvements to be specially assessed <br />is hereby declared to be $180,283.00 for 1969LS-1, $130,751.11 for <br />1969LS-2 and $64,096.00 for 1969LW-2. <br />2. The Village Clerk, with the assistance of the Village <br />Engineer and Village Assessor, shall calculate the proper amount to <br />be specially assessed for such improvements hereinafter described <br />against everyr,assessable lot, piece or parcel of land abutting upon <br />said improvdments or b,ene•fit&d­'t)iereV)r-without regard to cash <br />valuation, 'as provided by "law, "and he shall file a copy of such <br />proposed assessment in the office-of'the Village'Clerk for public <br />inspection. <br />3. The Village Clerk shall, upon completion of such <br />proposed assessment, notify the council thereof. <br />4. The improvements above mentioned are as follows: <br />Imp.
