RESOLUTION #354 <br />A RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION #310, ORDERING THE <br />OWNER OF A HAZARDOUS BUILDING WITHIN THE VILLAGE <br />TO CORRECT THE HAZARDOUS CONDITION <br />WHEREAS, Mr. F. L. Smart, Route 1, Box 375, Long Lake, Minnesota, <br />owner of certain real property located at 320 Tonka Avenue, within <br />the Village of Orono legally described as follows: <br />Lot 16, Block 5 <br />Bayside Addition <br />WHEREAS, THE building constructed on said real property has been <br />abandoned but has not been removed and there remains a building and <br />foundation which creates a hazardous condition. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />473.16 the said Mr. F. L. Smart is ordered to correct the condition <br />above described on the grounds that the condition is hazardous within <br />the meaning of Minnesota Statutes 463.15 through 463.26. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said Mr. F. L. Smart is ordered to <br />correct the condition by repairing to code or razing the building and <br />filling in the excavated area within ,30 days from the date this order <br />is duly served upon him, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that an order for summary enforcement of the <br />order be made to the District -Court of Hennepin County, State of <br />Minn°esota, unless corrective action is taken by the said Mr. F. L. <br />Smart or unless his answer is filed within the time specified in <br />Minnesota Statutes 463.18, and . <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Administrator and Village <br />Attorney be, and hereby are, directed to prepare and serve the order <br />and take all'othe:r necessary action in accordance with this resolution <br />and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 463.15 through.463.26. <br />Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Ornno, Minnesota, at <br />a regular meeting held May 25, 1970. <br />Louis B.
