The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into the attached contract with Bill Wear Excavating of Long <br />Lake, Minnesota in the Village of Orono; Minnesota for the improvement <br />of Willow Drive from the intersection of Watertown Road to the <br />Burlington -Northern Railroad tracks according to the plans and specifi- <br />ca.tions therefor approved by the Village Council and on file in the office <br />of the Village Clerk. <br />2.
