This Council shall meet in the Village Hall in said Village on the <br />8th day of July, 1970, at 8:00 P.M., for the purpose of receiving and <br />considering sealed bids for the purchase of said bonds, and awarding <br />the sale thereof. The Village Clerk shall cause notice of sale of said <br />bonds to be published not less than 10 days before the date specified <br />for receipt of bids in the Mound=Westonka Sun and.the Commercial West. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by;.,;Councilman McCarthy, and upon vote being- taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Oberhauser, Councilmen <br />Butterfield, Franzel, McCarthy, and Searles; and the following voted <br />against the same: None, <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />The Clerk presented proposed forms of -notice of sale of the fore- <br />going bonds, which were examined,"approved and ordered placed on file <br />by the Village Clerk. <br />Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota at <br />a regular meeting held June 8, 1970.;---.7 <br />N <br />Louis B.
