CMI Technical Memo Page 3 <br />7.The applicant will be required to submit a Maintenance Agreement for all stormwater management <br />structures and facilities. The agreement must define maintenance responsibilities following <br />completion of project, specify types and frequencies of inspection and maintenance activities, <br />designate who will conduct inspection and maintenance activities, and outline reporting <br />requirements. The Agreement should be recorded with the County per the City’s approval process. <br />A stormwater management maintenance agreement, detailing responsibilities, inspection/maintenance <br />schedules, designated parties, and reporting requirements, will be submitted and recorded with the <br />County once the MCWD and City have accepted the details. <br />8.Drainage and Utility Easements should be provided as follows: <br />a.Over all stormwater management facilities used to meet regulatory requirements, including <br />access routes. <br />b.Over all wetlands, creeks, and buffers. <br />c.All swales, structures, and piping providing drainage for multiple properties. <br />d.5’ along all side lot lines, unless adjacent to Development boundary. <br />e.10’ along all front lot lines, rear lot lines, and adjacent to Development boundary. <br />The indicated drainage and utility easements for items a-e are included in the latest plans. <br />9.Additional comments may be forthcoming as updated elements are provided. Final comments <br />regarding construction and the SWPPP will be provided during Final Plat review. <br />We understand additional comments may follow. We will address all final comments regarding <br />construction and the SWPPP during Final Plat review as indicated. <br />164
