<br /> <br />Permit Timeline <br />Under Minnesota Statutes 15.99, MCWD staff have 15 business days to review and respond to permit <br />applications and inquiries. Staff will review submitted materials and communicate with the applicant <br />and property owner of the status. <br /> <br />Procedural Requirements <br />Once your application submittals have been determined to be complete and in compliance with District <br />rules, your application will be conditionally approved.
