Two lots are proposed to be lakeshore lots. The existing properties are located <br />within the LR-1A and RR-1B zoning districts. <br />2.MN§15.99 Application Deadline: <br />The application was received on October 23rd and considered to be substantially complete on <br />November 6, 2024. The 120-day subdivision application review timing was scheduled to end on <br />March 6, 2025. Due to the delay caused by the cancelation of the January planning commission <br />meeting, the applicant requested an extension until May 6th. <br />3.Background: <br />This application was originally presented at the Planning Commission's November 18th meeting at <br />which time it was tabled to allow the Developer to make revisions based on the feedback provided <br />(November PC Staff Report; Meeting Video). The public hearing was continued. <br /> <br />The Developer has provided a revised plan for review, the full analysis of which is included in the <br />Planning Report attached as Exhibit A. <br />4.Public Comment: <br />Comments from the public are attached as Exhibit J. <br />5.Staff Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends tabling the application to allow the Developer to respond to the City Engineer's <br />comments, and MCWD comments, before forwarding the application on to City Council. <br />6.Planning Commission Action Requested: <br />The Commission should review the recommendations provided and direct the Developer <br />accordingly. <br /> <br />If the Commission is satisfied that the Developer will make recommended changes to the approved <br />plan a conditional approval recommendation may be appropriate.
