Call for inspections 24 hours in advance. <br />NOTICE TO GENERAL CONTRACTORS:Primary and alternate drainfield sites MUST be protected <br />prior to and after system installation to avoid compaction of the naturalsoTl. <br />ALL DRAINFYELD ARRAS MUST BE FENCED OFF prior to building site excavation and fencing must <br />remain in place until final site grading. Approval to pour footings will not be granted <br />until the Inspections Department has verified that primary and alternate sites are <br />adequately protected. <br />NO VEHICULAR TRAFFIC OF ANY RIND (cars, trucks, earth moving equipment, etc.) is allowed <br />within 20' of tested drainfield sites either before or after system construction. This <br />applies to the lot you are working on and all adjacent lots. You could be held liable for <br />damaging sites on neighboring lots. <br />VEHICULAR TRAFFIC CAN CAUSE SOIL COMPACTION, RENDERING DRAINFIELD SITES UNUSABLE. <br />Evidence of traffic on drainfield sites may be cause for revocation of building permits. <br />Damaged alternate sites must be replaced before a Certificate of Occupancy will be issued. <br />7c) <br />Date Approved E±y City o Orono <br />
