(Resolution #332, continued) <br />1. The plans and specifications for the Improvement <br />prepared by William T. Mills, of Orono, Minnesota, and <br />now on file as stated above are hereby approved as <br />the plans and specifications in accordance with which <br />the Improvement shall be constructed, except as they <br />may be modified by further action of this Council <br />in accordance with law, and <br />2. The Village Council shall meet on May 11, 1970, at <br />7:30 P.M. at the Village Hall, for the pulrposee of <br />considering sealed bids for the construction of the <br />Improvement, and taking such action thereon as may be <br />deemed most expedient, and such bids shall be received <br />no later than May 18, 1970, at 11:30 A.M. and may be <br />publicly opened, read, and tabulated at that time by <br />the Village Clerk and Village Engineer.for consideration <br />by the Council, and <br />3.
