(Resolution #331, continued) <br />1. The plans and specifications for the Improvement prepared <br />by William T.. Mills, of Orono, Minnesota, and now on file <br />as stated above are hereby .approved as the plans and <br />specifications in accordance with which the Improvement <br />shall be constructed; except as they may be modified by <br />further action of this Council in accordance with law, and <br />2, The Village Council shall meet on May 11, 1970, at 7:30 P.M. <br />at the Village.Hal1, for the'purpose of considering sealed <br />bids for the construction of the Improvement,,and taking <br />such action thereon as may be deemed most expedient, and <br />such bids shall be received no later than May 8, 1970, at <br />11:30 A.M, and may be publicly opened, re -ad, and' . <br />tabulated at that time by the Village Clerk and Village <br />Engineer for consideration by the Council, and <br />3.
