RESOLUTION #330 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING SEWER IMPROVEMENT AND <br />DIRECTING PREPARATION"OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />1970LS-1, FOREST LAKE -SAGA HILL <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the.Village of Orono, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br />1. It is hereby found and determined that notice of <br />hearing on a sanitary sewer improvement in the Village designated as <br />1970LS-1 was duly mailed on February 11, 1970, and published in the <br />Mound-Westonka Minnetonka Sun, the official newspaper of the Village, <br />on February 12, and 19, 1970,.as required by Minnesota Statutes, <br />Chapter 429, and as -ordered by motion of this Council -on February 9, <br />1970. <br />2. -Public hearing having been held on said improvement on <br />February"26, 1970, and opportunity having been given at such hearing <br />to all persons to make•known.their views -on said improvement, and <br />this Council being fully advised of the pertinent facts, does hereby <br />order the construction of said improvement. <br />3. William T. Mills, of,,.,Orono, Minnesota, the consulting <br />engineer for the Village, is hereby•authorized and directed to prepare <br />final plans and specifications for said improvement and to submit them <br />to this Council. <br />Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota, at <br />a regular meeting held April 13, 1970. <br />Louis B. Mills, the Village Engineer, to prepare plans: <br />and specifications for 1969LS-2 and 1969LW-2, (the Improvement), <br />WHEREAS, said plans and specifications are now on file with the Village <br />Clerk in the Village Hall. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village,Council of the Village <br />of Orono, Minnesota, as follows: <br />
