At the October 8th meeting, <br />the applicants proposed to revise their plans, suggesting a <br />removal of deck back to the 10' side setback line, and removal of <br />664 s.f. of landscape hardcover north of the house. This would <br />reduce the currently existing 57.3% 75-250' hardcover down to <br />49.9%, below the pre-existing 54.7%. Council referred this <br />revised proposal to Planning Commission for further review and <br />recommendation. <br />Staff Reco—pndation <br />Planning Commission is requested to review the proposal, and <br />make a recommendation to approve, deny, or approve conditioned <br />on additional revisions to be specified. <br />fi pitoPpcfe*- ‘i -o
