Council referred the <br />applicants' revised deck proposal to Planning Commission for <br />review and recommendation. At Planning Commission's October 15th <br />meeting, they voted 4-0 to recommend approval of the following <br />revised proposal: <br />1. Applicants shall remove all portions of deck that are <br />less than 10' from the side lot line. <br />2. Applicants shall replace the rock/plastic on north side <br />of the house with grass, yielding a final 75-250' hardcover <br />of 49.9%>below the 54.7% hardcover which existed before the <br />deck was built. The rock/plastic removals are to take place <br />in the spring of 1991 when grass can be established. <br />Staff Re idation <br />Staff recommends approval per the Planning Commission <br />recommendation, per the attached resolution.
