XAL DISTRICTS IN THE CITY OF ORONO <br />THE CITY OF ORONO DOES ORDAINr <br />The Municipal Code of the City of Orono is amended to add: <br />Section 1. Statement of Policy. The purpose of Orono <br />Municipal Code Chaptei 10 is to provide for the orderly <br />iif?»^'elopment of commercial and industrial activity so as not to <br />unreasonably conflict with the primary residential and <br />agricultural character of the City. <br />Section 2. To facilitate the purpose <br />stated in Section 1 the City Council finds it necessary to impose <br />a one yecr moratorium, |Tstiant to Minnesota Statute <br />Section 469.355, stibd. 4, qranting o- building permits, land <br />subdivisions, rezoning applications, c uditional or special use <br />permits, variances or other authority relating to the siting of <br />witele.ss telecommunica on facilities and structures in all <br />residential districts i he City of utono. <br />Section 3.
