After some discussion, it was agreed <br />that a general monthly meeting would be a good., idea, but that the <br />Steering Committee should not become too large,.:.probably not much <br />larger that it is now. <br />ACTIONS, ASSIGNMENTS. <br />Communications Committee Sue Pittel, Co-Chair. <br />1 <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />On the past Thursday evening MnOOT meeting: much concern ex­ <br />ists on route selection with a badly "splintered** attitude of <br />"it's all right if it goes through your property but it's a <br />rotten deal if it goes through mine." <br />Asking if one of the Steering Committee Co-Chairs could come <br />to the COMMUNICATIONS Comm, meetings. Yes. <br />Specific goals were delegated to metAbers (See attached min­ <br />utes). <br />Seven Immediate Goals were defined (See attach^ minutes). <br />Send a flier or newsletter to the general public by Oct 1. <br />Note: It was decided by the Steering Committee that a flier <br />would be the best format, and that a rough draft <br />would be ready to- the Steering Committee at the next <br />meeting.
