I have <br />twelve siQiiatures in total. <br />Host of the people that have signed this petition requested that <br />the city should expedite this matter as soon as poss.ble. We <br />feel that the weather pattern of the area since spring could <br />possibly mean a heavy snow season- If this is the case, there <br />are several of us that could have major damage to our property <br />and basements due to the excessive snow. (this summer has been <br />quite an experience to most of us) This drain needs to be <br />installed before the ground freezes. <br />This has been a lengthy project for my-self and the city. I <br />feel that I have done my part in ootaining 30.77, of the property <br />owners in the area to agree to be assessed for this project. Per <br />the council minutes of May 29. 1990 ”tne city maintains its <br />position of agreeing to order the storm sewer project if 3o7.^^of <br />the residerits agree to sign a petition asking for the project. <br />Please put this request to proceed with the storm sewer project <br />on the city counci I agenda <br />possible.
