Physical samples of building materials for review <br /> <br />Task 2.0 – Construction Documents <br /> <br />Items to be reviewed: <br /> <br />-Final layout of yard and structures <br />-Coordination with building suppliers and vendors <br />-Final Design Bid Documents <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br /> <br />1. Complete drawing package and specifications for bidding (90% and 100% Reviews) <br />2. Incorporate City of Orono bidding requirements into the project manual <br />3. Review plans with City Building Official for preliminary plan review <br />45
