REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING HELD OCTOBER 8, 1990 <br />ZONING PILE #1532 - FULLERTON PROPERTIES, INC. CONTINUED <br />staff and Park Commission on the problem of grading. The bike <br />trail easement is included in the resolution. Motion, Ayes-4, <br />Nays-0. <br />#1535 KENNEDy/BUTTERFIBLD <br />3745-3765 WATERTOWN ROAD <br />SUBDIVISION OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT <br />RESOLUTION #2881 <br />Mr. Timothy Fafinsky, representing Mrs. Kennedy, was <br />present for the review of this application. <br />City Administrator Bernhardson explained this application <br />was for a lot line rearrangement in a 5 acre area to place an <br />existing garage totally within the boundaries of the appropriate <br />parcel. The Planning Commission recommended unanimous approvel. <br />It was moved by Acting Mayor Callahan, seconded by <br />Councilmember Peterson, to adopt Resolution #2881 granting a lot <br />line rearrange ant to place an existing garage within the <br />property boundaries of 3765 Watertown Road. Motion, Ayes-4, <br />Nays-0, Motion passed. <br />#1555 LANDSTAR, INC. <br />2501 OLD BEACH ROAD <br />PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION <br />Mr. James MacKinnon, representative for Mr. Blanch, was <br />present. <br />City Administrator Bernhardson provided a brief explanation <br />of this application. This is a subdivision that straddles the <br />Orono and Minnetonka Beach line. There would be 3 lots proposed <br />in Minnetonka Beach and 6 lots within Orono, 5 of which would be <br />residential and 1 would be commercial. Both the Minnetonka Beach <br />and Orono Planning Commissions have recommended approval. One of <br />the original parts of this application was that there would be <br />some filling of wetlands in Minnetonka Beach and do some <br />compensation removals in Orono. The Corps of Engineers has <br />denied them the ability to do this so there will be no alteration <br />of wetlands in this proposal. As part of the approval, water and <br />sewer capacity is available, however sewer and water lines would <br />have to be extend' • to the north in Minnetonka Beach. There <br />on or looping into the Lafayette Ridge <br />to serve Lot 1 by County Road 15. <br />would be the overlay and the engineer's <br />CO and gutter for improvements to Old Beach <br />Road.
