Provide an opportunity for those individuals who were given <br />the wrong time for the public hearing an opportunity to voice <br />tbmlr comments regarding the project. <br />2. Present a possible schedule for further pursuing the issue. <br />3. Determine whether Council desires to proceed further with <br />plans and specifications on the project at this time. <br />INTRODUCTION - At the Council's October 8, 1990 Council meeting <br />the issue'relating to the incorrect notice times of the public <br />hearing were addressed. It was decided to provide additional <br />opportunity for persons to express their opinions on the matter. <br />Attachment D represents a letter transmitted to the persons in <br />the neighborhood regarding this item. <br />Additionally Attachment C indicated on the petition originally <br />presented to the Council where they are located as there was some <br />question as to whether they were in the proposed district or not. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1. Accept the input. <br />2. Direct plans and specifications be continued and establishment <br />of a project public hearing on the matter for the November 13, <br />1990 Council meeting. <br />3. Direct staff to take no further action regarding this matter. <br />4. Table for further discussion. <br />RECOMMENDATI^ON - It is recommended that unless there is <br />subs'tanrfal evidence or new objections to the contrary that the <br />plans and specifications be prepared with a public hearing on the <br />project to be held at the Council's November 13, 1990 Council <br />meeting.
