Issue #2 - Given that the closing date probably will not change <br />substantially looking at a possible spring construction that the <br />City exercise its option by 1 January to alleviate the small <br />potential for a competing offer as it is not anticipated to make <br />a financial difference given the closing dates would probably <br />similar . <br />Issue #3 - It is recommended that the Council ask any questions <br />that they may have about the financial information and proceed <br />further to discuss financing options as more definative costs are <br />developed. If the City were to go with the HRA option the <br />necessary preliminary work could be done in a fairly shortly <br />period of time. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by seconded by Council designates <br />site on Highway 12 as the site for construction and directs staff <br />to exercise the option by _ _ _ _ _ _ _, 1990.
