Zoning File #1596 October 17, 1990 <br />Page 4 <br />Additional Comments and Planning Commission Recommendation <br />The Plcinning Commission advised the applicant than since <br />structural hardcover was being increased on the property by 389.5 <br />s.f. that it would be consistent to ask applicant to remove at <br />least an equal amount of nonstructural hardcovei: on the property. <br />Applicant had originally proposed maintaining hardcover at the <br />existing 38% level requiring removal of 190.9 s.f. The applicant <br />will remove 445.4 s.f. of existing hardcover to offset 389.5 s.f. <br />of new structural hardcover and 55.9 s.f. of new nonst ructural <br />hardcover. Total hardcover on the properrty would be at 6956.6 <br />s.f. or 35.7%. Applicant has been asked to designate areas of <br />landscape sections to be removed. The enclosed resolution has <br />been drafted per the Planning Commission's findings and <br />recommendation.
