L_J <br />CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 5417 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Orono hereby approves the creation of the proposed ingress/egress easements as shown on the <br />Certificate of Survey by Danial G. Nickols, a licensed surveyor of Schoell & Madson, Inc. dated <br />November 23, 2005, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", subject to the following conditions: <br />Applicant shall be responsible for the creation and filing of the aforesaid easements in the <br />chain of title of the affected properties. <br />2. Nothing in this approval shall be construed as granting any variances, zoning approvals, or <br />waivers of any development standards established by the City of Orono. <br />• 3. The aforesaid easements shall be filed with either the Hennepin County Recorder's Office or <br />Registrar of Titles Office within one year of the date of this Resolution. If said easements <br />have not been filed within one year, this approval will expire and it will be necessary to file a <br />new application with the City of Orono for easement approval. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota this 23rd day of January, 2006 <br />ATTEST: <br />inda S.
