Background: <br />The Planning Commission is made up of seven regular members who serve staggered 3-year <br />terms. City Code Section 74-2 prescribes membership to include individuals from all areas of the <br />city including lakeshore, rural (2+ acre lots), and urban areas (<2 acre lots) in order to provide <br />diverse perspectives. Council directed <br />staff to draft a resolution to appoint 3 interviewees as regular commissioners and 1 as an alternate <br />commissioner. Commissioner Bollis requested to be re -appointed to serve their third term.
